Quint has a portfolio of 15+ official property partnerships servicing over 90 events, including Formula 1, NBA, Kentucky Derby, MotoGP, Breeders' Cup, Belmont Stakes, and the NHL.What You Will DoAs a Creative Manager, you will lead, inspire, and mentor a talented team of designers while shaping the creative direction of our brands and campaigns. You’ll be the bridge between visionary ideas and business objectives, balancing bold creative thinking with the practical needs of deadlines, stakeholders, and organizational goals.Your work will directly influence how Quint shows up in the market, from visual identity and campaign storytelling to high-visibility presentations for senior leadership.

You will guide the team’s growth, streamline processes, and uphold a standard of excellence that elevates every project we produce.Essential Job Duties & Functions

  • Drive Creative Vision & Brand Identity
  • Define and evolve the visual identity of Quint’s in-house brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints to elevate brand presence and recognition
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into creative strategies that resonate with global audiences and deliver measurable engagement
  • Inspire the creative team to champion bold ideas, explore emerging design trends, and push boundaries while staying true to brand goals.
  • Inspire & Grow a World-Class Team
  • Lead and mentor designers, providing constructive feedback that strengthens both the quality of the work and the professional growth of team members
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment where creativity thrives, accountability is shared, and team members feel empowered
  • Serve as the escalation point and problem-solver for creative challenges, resource bottlenecks, and shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate Across the Business
  • Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Event teams to develop integrated campaigns that align with business objectives and maximize impact
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, contributing to high-visibility proposals, pitch decks, and executive-level presentations that shape business outcomes
  • Ensure creative output aligns with business priorities, balancing innovative storytelling with practical execution.
  • Streamline Processes for Creative Excellence
  • Establish and oversee creative workflows that enable efficiency, accountability, and high-quality delivery from concept through execution
  • Manage multiple project timelines and resources simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met without sacrificing quality
  • Step in as an active designer when deadlines or high-priority projects require hands-on support, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to team success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant creative/marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative teams and projects from concept through delivery
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of core design principles, branding, and storytelling
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build rapport quickly across teams and levels
  • Experience working on brand development for global campaigns or partnerships
  • Background in sports, entertainment, or live events industries.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work on-site at Charlotte, NC headquarters
  • Willing and eligible to travel internationally, as needed
  • Eligible to work in the United States
