- $18.00/hour guaranteed base pay
- Monthly Sales Bonus Tiers:
- 20+ sales/month: Earn 50% of the 1st month premium
- 30+ sales/month: Earn 75% of the 1st month premium
- 40+ sales/month: Earn 100% of the 1st month premium
- $2/hour bonus (retroactive for the month) when you hit 25+ sales
- Monthly bonus potential: $900 – $4,000+
- Annual income range: $55,000–$75,000
- Top performers earn: $80,000–$120,000+
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound live transfer leads only – no cold calling, no prospecting
- Sell life insurance over the phone to seniors ages 50–85
- Follow proven scripts, systems, and training programs
- Deliver high-level customer service and consistently close sales

✅ Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License (required) – we may assist strong candidates in obtaining licensing
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is a plus
