Director of Sales – Retail
Moorpark, CA | Full-Time | $85,000/year base + Quarterly Bonus Incentives GT Water Products, Inc., a family-owned plumbing products manufacturer proudly made in the USA since 1971, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales – Retail to lead and grow our retail sales channel. You’ll manage major retail accounts, develop strategies for merchandising and promotions, and utilize NetSuite ERP and CRM to track forecasts, opportunities, and pipelines. What You’ll Do:
- Manage and expand relationships with national and regional retailers
- Lead product placement, promotions, and merchandising strategies
- Provide training and support to retail partners to drive sales
- Analyze sales data, negotiate contracts, and represent GT Water Products at trade shows
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ retail account management or sales experience (plumbing/hardware preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and CRM
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regionally (30–40%)
