Bectran is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and elevate our Account Executive team. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in the SaaS space and is ready to step into a senior leadership capacity. You will play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and driving sales performance, while also contributing strategically to Bectran’s revenue growth and sales process optimization.

What You Will Do:


·  Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives (AEs), ensuring they meet and exceed individual and team quotas.·  Actively join demos, discovery calls, and negotiations to support AEs in advancing long, consultative SaaS sales cycles.·  Partner with AEs to strengthen pipeline management, providing tactical guidance beyond client demos to drive deal progression.·  Refine and improve Bectran’s sales processes and systems (Salesforce, pipeline structuring, forecasting, win/loss analysis).·  Build and maintain direct client and partner relationships that expand market presence.·  Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution with client needs.·  Provide regular reporting to the Senior Director of Sales on team performance, pipeline health, and growth opportunities.·  Contribute to scaling strategies that prepare AEs for larger, more complex deal structures.Requirements

What You Need to Be Successful:


·  Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.·  7–10 years of progressive SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software sales experience, including

3+ years in a sales leadership/management role.


·  Proven success in closing complex SaaS sales cycles and/or managing teams that consistently deliver against quotas.·  Strong coaching skills with a track record of developing sales talent into high performers.·  Hands-on experience optimizing CRM systems and sales processes (Salesforce preferred).·  Strategic mindset with the ability to balance tactical execution and long-term growth planning.·  Knowledge of credit/AR or order-to-cash SaaS solutions is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:


In accordance with Illinois' pay transparency requirements, we are committed to providing clear compensation information. The pay for this position is starting at $110,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
