Requirements


Your Mission


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR – Dutch-speaking), you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts in the Flemish market. Working hand in hand with an Account Executive, your role will be to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. You will book meetings for your AE and gradually develop your sales skills, with a clear career path to become an Account Executive yourself.This is the perfect entry point into the world of B2B sales, a real sales school where you will learn the craft and grow into a deal-closing role.

Responsibilities


  • Identify and research target companies with parking and mobility challenges.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and understand their pain points before handing them over to your Account Executive.
  • Book and schedule meetings for your AE with high-potential prospects.
  • Work closely with your AE to fine-tune messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM and follow up on all outreach activities.
  • Build a strong understanding of the mobility and real estate industries to position BePark as a trusted partner.

What We’re Looking For


  • Native/Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and comfortable in French for internal collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong listening and analytical abilities to quickly understand prospects’ needs.
  • Organized, rigorous, and able to manage your time efficiently.
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role in the future.
