Position Overview
The Master Scheduler will support TSA by developing and maintaining branch-specific and integrated master testing schedules to ensure alignment with programmatic objectives and mission priorities. This role will coordinate schedule data across multiple branches, identify risks, and provide leadership with actionable insights to keep test programs on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and update branch-level test schedules.
- Integrate branch schedules into an overarching Integrated Master Testing Schedule.
- Identify schedule delays, assess root causes, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing priorities and timelines.
- Support the integration of TSA schedules into the APM-level Integrated Master Schedule.
- Generate schedule performance metrics and reports for executive review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in scheduling and program support in a federal acquisition environment.
- Proficiency with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience with DHS/TSA programs preferred.
