About the Role


We’re seeking personable and motivated Medical Assistants to join our team as Enrollment Specialists. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of connection for patients, introducing them to Medsien’s programs, guiding them through enrollment, and helping them understand the benefits of ongoing care.

What You’ll Do


  • Conduct proactive outbound calls daily to patients identified by their providers as eligible for Medsien programs
  • Engage and educate patients on the value of chronic care and remote patient support
  • Guide patients step-by-step through the enrollment process with empathy and professionalism
  • Document patient interactions and enrollment progress accurately in our systems
  • Partner with Medsien’s clinical operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and care continuity

What We’re Looking For


  • Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA, or RMA) with patient-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and a warm, professional phone presence
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to remote digital tools

Compensation & Position Details


  • 1099 Role (not a W-2 employee position)
  • Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday
  • Uncapped earning potential – your success drives your income
  • Please note: this role does not include benefits
