About The Job
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for both goods and services, with a strong focus on service categories (e.g., consultancy, facility management, IT services, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify the most suitable vendors.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes, especially for service-based needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, particularly in travel and service spending.

Booking domestic and international flight tickets for employees and guests

Organizing hotel accommodations and transfers

Coordinating business travel arrangements in line with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-4 years experience in procurement process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Meticulous in reviewing contracts, orders, and supplier performance to avoid errors and oversights.
- Ability to quickly address and resolve procurement-related issues, such as delivery delays or quality concerns.
- Efficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to procurement activities.
- Advanced level of English
- Living in Izmir
