About The Job


  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for both goods and services, with a strong focus on service categories (e.g., consultancy, facility management, IT services, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and align procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify the most suitable vendors.
  • Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes, especially for service-based needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, particularly in travel and service spending.
  • Booking domestic and international flight tickets for employees and guests
  • Organizing hotel accommodations and transfers
  • Coordinating business travel arrangements in line with company policies

Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3-4 years experience in procurement process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Meticulous in reviewing contracts, orders, and supplier performance to avoid errors and oversights.
  • Ability to quickly address and resolve procurement-related issues, such as delivery delays or quality concerns.
  • Efficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to procurement activities.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Living in Izmir
