Drive execution of product launches, including developing scoping documents and project plans, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, designing prototypes, conducting quantitative analyses, gathering qualitative insights, and leading operational implementation to achieve critical business KPIs and drive business growth and engagement. Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements and help lead road map of enhancements to drive continuity, reduce risk, and enable new capabilities. Lead advancements in workforce management models by leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis, data visualization, and process flow mapping to identify and resolve staffing inefficiencies and workforce productivity gaps and establish related SOPs.
Monitor and maintain Looker dashboards, SQL queries, and program management tools to track KPIs of ongoing initiatives and identify strategic opportunities for business growth. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Develop executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutions. Work is performed in company’s office in Chicago with some remote work permitted per company policy. Standard company benefits offered.Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Economics, or FinanceExperience Requirement: 2 years of experience in Strategy and Operations Analyst or Business AnalystSpecial Skills: Must have work experience with each of the following: (1) Driving product launches in debt resolution industry, including developing scoping documents and project plans, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, designing prototypes using Miro and Figma, conducting quantitative analyses with Excel and Looker, gathering qualitative insights using survey and interview methods, and leading operational implementation to achieve KPIs and drive growth and engagement; (2) Leading advancements in workforce management models using quantitative and qualitative analysis, data visualization, and process flow mapping using workforce management tools including Calabrio to identify and resolve staffing inefficiencies and productivity gaps, while establishing SOPs; (3) Using root cause and current state analysis problem solving frameworks to identify and prioritize manual, business-critical processes for automation, mitigating organizational risk, while leading the design and implementation of automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency and output in the debt resolution industry; and (4) Monitoring and maintaining Looker dashboards, SQL queries, Five9 reports, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and debt resolution payment processing platforms including CFTPay to track KPIs and identify opportunities for growthSalary: $89,600-$134,400Apply: Send resume to bllcrecruiting@beyondfinance.com with “Strategy & Operations, Senior Associate” in subject line.#LI-DNIThe base annual salary range is listed below.
