You Are:
- An experienced people leader with 5+ years of personnel management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Confident managing performance, giving feedback, and implementing improvement plans when needed.
- A strong communicator who motivates others and builds trusted relationships to ensure accountability while aligning outcomes with objectives.
- Experienced in project management for client-facing engagements, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk oversight.
- Adept at overseeing workload allocations, utilization, and resource planning across multiple projects.
- A proactive problem solver who anticipates risks, identifies trends, and drives process improvements.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in driving account growth and leading continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative leader who motivates teams, builds trust with clients, and ensures projects are successfully delivered.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of engagement managers, client service leads and delivery leads, supporting career growth while ensuring effective project management practices.
- Direct team performance and growth, driving accountability through reviews, coaching, and tailored development plans to build a high-performing, engaged team.
- Act as an escalation point for project and client issues, helping teams manage delivery risks to stay on track and successful.
- Oversee resourcing, approve hiring and allocations, monitor time entries, and ensure quality delivery standards.
- Manage projects from planning through execution, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Partner with Sales, Architects, and Delivery Leads to align resourcing, scope, and delivery planning while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive strategic planning and account reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and improving client relations.
- Guide continuous improvement processes, methodologies, and team performance in order to shape practice strategies and drive cross-practice collaboration.
- Contribute to recruiting, interviewing, and pre-sales efforts while sharing practice expertise.
- Continue participating in client delivery in roles such as Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, or Sr. Consultant.
