We're looking for a sharp, hands-on
Accountant to join our growing team at Coinhako! You'll support daily finance operations, manage AP/AR, handle reconciliations, and help drive smooth month-end closings. If you're passionate about crypto and ready to make an impact in the digital finance space, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Support daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including transaction postings and settlements with liquidity providers.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, manage payment cycles, reconcile statements, and support month-end accruals.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue invoices, track payments, manage collections, and perform AR reconciliations and reporting.
- Assist with sub-account closings and ensure accurate month-end reporting.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks and finance projects as assigned.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3-year experience in related jobs is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certificate in Accounting
- Proficient with computers and different finance software programs.
- Have strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work without distraction.
- Must have a very high sense of rigor to prevent any form of mistake that may occur in the process of documenting financial information.
- Must be a team player and motivated to learn with a strong desire to take on a new challenge.
- Meticulous, eyes to details and hard working
- Able to work under pressure and timely deadlines
- Ability to communicate well in English
