Sr Regional Operations Coord

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor leasing and occupancy status to help ensure the implementation of strategies, per company policy, related to Daily Activity Reports, Action Plans, and recurring leasing calls. Assist with the review of individual marketing and leasing strategies and help monitor and/or coordinate the actions necessary with the teams to ensure performance.  
  • Audit and track key metrics along with summarizing key points for review for the Vice President from various reports including Monday Reports, BI Custom Trend, Rent Trackers, Renewal Spreadsheets and Renovation Trackers.  
  • In the absence of a Regional Real Estate Manager or Real Estate Manager, reviews and/or completes tasks including Monday reporting, executive summaries, variance reports, bonus workbooks, renewal processes, AME, invoice approvals, PO creation, etc. 
  • Assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and programs as directed by the Vice President as well as supporting the enforcement of consistent practices related to adhering to company policies and procedures.  
  • Provide support to site leadership when needed in times of staffing shortfalls. 
  • Assist with new training and on-boarding needs, as necessary, and provide training resources to team members when required.  
  • Respond timely and professionally to resident concerns, maintaining high resident satisfaction. 
  • As directed by the Vice President, help prepare and organize agenda items, data, and reports for specific meetings. After these specified meetings, follow up with meeting minutes, assigned action items and tasks and assist with the follow-up on discussed deadlines.  
  • Serve as a liaison between the VP and Regional Real Estate Managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups on assigned tasks and projects. 
  • Collaborate with other departments including operations, operations support, accounting, marketing, training, human resources, and service operations to support organizational goals. 
  • Provide feedback to Regional Real Estate Managers based on observations of the properties and team members along with areas of opportunity. Help to maintain and/or create consistency within the regions.  
  • Coordinate and manage special projects related to property operations as dictated by the Vice President. 
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Vice President.

Requirements:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 5 years of property management experience, holding an Assistant Real Estate Manager position or higher. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. 
  • Solid understanding of property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) 
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with team members, residents, and vendors. 
  • Available to travel as needed
