Our Customer Care position is a crucial role that requires a high level of customer service and organizational skills. As a point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for assisting guests, ensuring the correct merchandise is delivered to the guest, and managing inquiries.As our store can get very busy at times, you must be able to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
Essential Duties
- Ensuring that all paperwork to complete a purchase is accurate prior to pick up
- Ensure that correct merchandise is delivered to the customer
- Serve as liaison between customer and jeweler/salesperson regarding repairs
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional and courteous manner
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Warm and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work SATURDAYS
