About the Role


We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own go-to-market (GTM) strategies and storytelling for Aptos’ partnerships across capital markets, real-world assets (RWAs), payments, and enterprise integrations. This role requires a creative marketer who can introduce bold new ideas for how we take news to market, elevate institutional narratives, and drive ecosystem adoption.You will work closely with Product, Business Development, Research, and Marketing teams to translate technical insights into compelling campaigns and enablement materials that resonate with institutional audiences.

This role combines strategic GTM ownership with hands-on execution, making it a strong fit for someone eager to shape the future of institutional adoption in web3.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • GTM Ownership – Lead positioning and go-to-market strategies for partnerships, RWAs, and capital markets initiatives.
  • Creative Market Activation – Develop innovative ways to launch news, products, and research insights into the market.
  • Partner Campaigns – Drive co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem and institutional partners, including announcements, activations, and case studies.
  • Enablement Materials – Build decks, one-pagers, and case studies to equip the Business Development team for success with partners and enterprises.
  • Thought Leadership – Craft narratives around institutional DeFi, money movement, and infrastructure innovation, leveraging research insights into evergreen marketable content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with BD, Research, and Product teams to align GTM strategies with business priorities.
  • Success Measurement – Define and track KPIs across co-marketing activations, enterprise adoption, RWA pilots, and pipeline impact.
  • Events & Storytelling – Support presence at institutional events with content, narratives, and creative activations that reinforce Aptos’ leadership.

What We’re Looking For


  • 5–8 years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or institutional marketing in fintech, web3, or financial services
  • Proven track record developing and executing creative GTM campaigns that drove measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of institutional markets, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to craft thought leadership narratives and translate complex research into accessible storytelling
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partner activations
  • Experience creating enablement assets for BD or sales teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with RWAs, payments, capital markets, or enterprise integrations is a strong plus

The base salary range for this full-time position is $140k - $175k. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include equity, tokens, or benefits.
