Role Summary
We are looking for a Commerce & Operations Product Manager to ensure the commercial success of Lambda’s product portfolio. This PM will design pricing and packaging models, own the billing lifecycle, and drive commercial strategy in close partnership with finance, sales, and product leadership. You will also lead the operational side of go-to-market planning, ensuring that all commercial systems are ready to support new product launches and major updates.This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll act as the bridge between product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales — making sure our offerings are not just technically excellent but also commercially sound and scalable.
What You’ll Do
- Pricing & Packaging: Define and manage pricing models, tiers, feature sets, per-unit costs, and enterprise agreements. Partner with product and outbound PMs to build packages that balance customer needs with business goals.
- Billing Operations: Own the full billing lifecycle. Oversee billing systems, ensure accuracy, resolve disputes, and build infrastructure to support multiple payment methods and customer types (enterprise and self-service).
- Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with finance, sales, and leadership to set revenue targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and customer willingness to pay.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Partner with outbound PM, marketing, and sales to create GTM plans for new launches and major updates. Ensure billing, contracts, and commercial systems are ready to scale.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the connective tissue between teams, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives that span product, finance, engineering, and operations.
- Capacity Planning: Own the capacity logic and system that governs GPU allocation based on the analysis of customer segment, product strategy, and financial tradeoffs.
You:
- 10+ years of product management, product operations, or program management experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or fintech.
- Proven experience with pricing models, billing systems, or commercial strategy in a B2B setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Comfort switching between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within a cloud hyperscaler, GPU cloud, or AI infrastructure platform.
- Familiarity with ERP/CPQ systems, Stripe, Zuora, or other large-scale billing infrastructure.
- Background in go-to-market planning for complex B2B infrastructure products.
