This is a role to fill the position of a Deployment lead for the launch of a new WMS at a Greenfield warehouse in the DFW, TX area.
Deployment Lead will report through our customer's business team and will have the crucial responsibility of coordinating and aligning the business workstreams. The role begins with the coordination of UAT activities and extends through post-production support. We are looking for someone who can effectively direct and guide the DC Operations through these processes.Key responsibilities, but limited to:
- Lead and coordinate deployment activities, site readiness, and cutover for MAWM/MATM transition.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for MHE, Go Live Readiness, Business Testing, Training, Change, and Inventory Ramp Plan
- Coordinate among business team leads on business dependencies, sequencing, and timing impacts.
- Determine essential questions for successful greenfield deployment covering Business Acceptance, Inventory strategy, and Go Live/Execution (Jan–May).
- Oversee execution of go-live activities and post-deployment stabilization across sites.
- Collaborate with technology stakeholders to ensure business readiness.
- Serve as liaison between deployment teams, site operations, project governance, and the Integrated Program Manager.
We see this role spending most of their time on site in Fort Worth. 75% travel required to DFW area for remote resources.
