- Leadproject and corporate accountingfor ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- HandleAP/AR, invoice coding, AIA billings, lien releases, insurance tracking, and financial reporting
- Clean up legacy AP and helpstreamline internal systems and processes
- Format and deliverfinancial statementsthat are clear, accurate, and actionable
- Help drive the transition fromDeltek ComputerEasetoSage 300
- Be the go-to for improving financial workflows as we scale

What They're Looking For
- 5â8+ years in accounting, with directconstruction project accountingexperience
- Hands-on experience withERP systems(Deltek, Sage, etc.) and strong Excel skills
- Background inlarge-scale residential or commercial construction
- Someone motivated to grow into aController-levelrole
- Detail-oriented, systems-minded, and collaborative
