We are proud to be recognized as a Best Place to Work and Best Startup to Work For by Built In Seattle!Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end design efforts across key initiatives, from discovery to execution.- Build expertise in your product area to create and improve features based on what users need, what benefits the business, and what's technically possible.- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to help teams determine the design direction for delivery.- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on your team to define concepts, develop design solutions and ensure seamless implementation of hi-fidelity designs.- Contribute to the definition and expansion of the new and existing Oleria Design System.Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, or similar role.- Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience.- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and proven business impact.- Strong visual design skills and ability to influence design quality.- Have strong communication skills and can effectively explain design decisions to technical stakeholders- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools.- Excellent communication, self-management, and organizational skills.- Experience designing data visualizations or interactive graphs is a plus.- Additional experience in B2B SaaS Security solutions is a plus.Apply for this job
