Nanit combines computer vision, machine learning, and advanced camera sensors to measure a baby's sleep cycle by providing actionable insights that lead to improved sleep for the entire family. We are a dynamic VC-backed startup with proven products, marquee investors, and a terrific team of people. 
We're looking for a part-time Recruiter to join our team. This is a temporary role (4-6 months) with the possibility of extension.

What will you do:


  • Partner with our talent team and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of our hiring needs for Product and R&D roles.
  • Source top-tier candidates by utilizing a variety of channels and creative techniques, including social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with our company culture.
  • Manage the interview process, including coordinating and scheduling interviews and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and track progress.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for a tech or startup environment.
  • Highly proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and other platforms to identify and engage top talent.
  • A proactive and self-driven professional with a passion for recruitment and connecting people with opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with a desire to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • A creative thinker with a sense of urgency, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Deep familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
