ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, JOHN DEERE


The Account Relationship Manager, John Deere position will be solely responsible for the client accounts post-sales for John Deere dealers with a specific focus on the eValuator product. The client portfolio will consist of high value, low volume of accounts within the agriculture industry as it relates to equipment.Demonstrated success with managing and expanding client relationships, generating account expansion through inside sales capabilities, and driving retention revenue.Delivering a white-glove client experience while serving as the key contact for onboarding and continued training to maximize usage of the products and increase retention rates for accounts across their assigned client portfolio.The ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is imperative as this position will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Sales.Key Responsibilities and Activities•Proven ability to successfully manage a high dollar portfolio of an Enterprise book of business•Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure adoption and engagement to align with Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) goal•Conduct in-person client visits to conduct needs assessments on a regular cadence•Demonstrate and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ use cases and feedback relates to the eValuator product•Identify and pursue new opportunities by leveraging a variety of sales tools and industry content•Conduct personalized onboards, training, and provide ongoing client support to maximize usage of product features and services•Identify and promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Fusable brands•Organize and lead group meetings throughout the Deere dealer community to drive engagement, strengthen relationships, and obtain client feedback•Provide key insights of Voice of Customer (VOC) pertaining to product usage and user experience.

Communicate new and on-going findings to Data, Product, Marketing, Consulting and/or Editorial stakeholders•Drive retention and expansion revenue through relationship and value-based promotion•Develop and deliver strategic plans and executive reviews to achieve business goals, maximize ROI, and drive account success•Track usage of all products, address under-utilization and risks through additional trainings and workshops•Plan, prioritize, and self-direct with minimal supervision•Develop and maintain account usage for KPIs/customer dashboards to monitor progress and success•Identify risks to the client achieving their stated business goals and collaborate with team to build a risk mitigation plan•When appropriate, network between clients, and partners  across Fusable brands to identify and promote cross-sell opportunities•Establish and drive industry relationships that facilitate growth of brand awareness, including industry associations and trade showsPreferred Knowledge and Experience•Agriculture equipment industry experience•8+ years’ relevant experience managing high value client relationships•Demonstrable experience in B2B Client Relationship Management, with a proven track record in the business intelligence sector•Comfort in a quantitative environment to communicate, coach and translate for clients•Flair for account nurturing and client relationship management•Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, with a strong orientation toward client relationships•Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills required•Ability to work well independently and on a team•High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and respond to clients in a timely manner•Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and/or other similar statistics and data modeling software preferred, working knowledge of CRM software needed•This is a full-time position•Up to 50% TravelPerks/Benefits:•Competitive compensation•We believe in propelling people to the best version of themselves.•We offer medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k, life insurance products and more!•Paid holidays + PTO.•401(k)•FSA/HSA Pre-Tax Benefits•Life/Disability Plans•Fitness membership reimbursement!
