Executive Assistant


to provide strategic, proactive, and high-touch support to our CEO. This is a highly visible, office-based role in our New York City headquarters, requiring a poised and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a true extension of the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, anticipating needs, facilitating critical meetings, and engaging with our global leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with a visionary leader and play an integral role in our company’s success.

What You’ll Do:


  • Strategic Calendar & Schedule Management:Own and manage the CEO’s dynamic calendar with precision and foresight, prioritizing meetings, travel, and commitments in alignment with business goals.
  • C-Level Collaboration:Serve as a liaison between the CEO and Contentsquare’s executive leadership team and their support staff, ensuring alignment and streamlined communication.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination:Prepare, coordinate, and attend high-stakes internal and external meetings. Support agenda creation, briefing documents, and accurate follow-ups.
  • Travel & Logistics:Manage complex global travel itineraries and logistics, anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless experience across time zones.
  • Information Flow & Confidentiality:Filter and prioritize incoming requests, communications, and documents for the CEO with the utmost discretion and judgment.
  • Project Support & Special Initiatives:Assist with CEO-led initiatives, board prep, company-wide communications, and internal events as needed.

What You Bring:


  • Fluent in French and English is a must
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive
  • Proven ability to operate with discretion, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft executive-ready messaging.
  • High EQ and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • A sense of urgency, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
  • NYC-based with the ability to work in-office full-time (this is not a remote or hybrid role).

$120,000 - $150,000 a year
