Why We Need You
Are you passionate about staying ahead of the curve in social media trends and creating visuals that bring those strategies to life?We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will research target audiences, develop campaigns that enhance our clients’ reach and engagement, and design the graphics and creative assets that fuel those campaigns. Ensuring consistency in copy, imagery, and branding across all platforms will be central to your success.🚀
The Impact You’ll Have
- Plan, design, schedule, and publish social media posts for client campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Independently create high-quality graphics and visuals for posts using Canva (or similar tools).
- Align campaigns with client marketing strategies and collaborate with Account Managers and Coordinators.
- Stay updated with changes in social platform updates and propose new ways to attract and engage customers.
- Manage 100–150 accounts as our portfolio grows, ensuring both copy and creative are consistently on brand.

What We Really Need From You
- 1+ year running social media campaigns and creating content that gets noticed.
- Strong experience with Canva (or similar tools) — you’ll be designing the graphics that bring posts to life.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable publishing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Slack, G Suite, WordPress, or AI tools
