You'll tackle technical challenges head-on and help end users stay productive and connected. 💼 What You’ll Do as a Desktop Support Analyst:

Be the first line of defense for technical issues—troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
Support PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals with precision and care.
Deploy and maintain systems, apply updates, and manage imaging and configurations.
Resolve account access issues and assist with company software.
Keep documentation sharp and knowledge bases up to date.
Work with ticketing tools to track and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.

📍 Role Details:

Title: Desktop Support Analyst I
Location: Chillicothe, IL 61523
Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST, also on call once every 5 weeks (outside regular hours)
Pay: $23/hour

🎓

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
A+ Certification (current or in progress)
Prior experience in a Desktop Support role preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills and Microsoft 365 experience
Excellent communication and time management
A customer-first mindset and attention to detail
2+ years' experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
