Key Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
Facilitate effective communication between IT teams and business stakeholders through meetings and workshops.
Utilize strong analytical skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and outline prospective changes to business processes.
Develop detailed business use cases and functional specifications to guide the development process.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Design and implement new business processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development sector.
Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis, as well as business process modeling.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Proficient in tools for documentation and project tracking (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) is a plus.
