We are looking for a Staff Accountant (Non-Exempt) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Required)
- Experience with Workday Financials and Salesforce (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
- Excellent time management skills and detail orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
- Assist the accounting department by managing accounts receivable, assisting in monthly accounting procedures, and assist with any additional ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding past due invoices and statements
- Work with our customers on any and all billing issues by communicating with client finance and delivery teams
- Assist in the processing of Accounts Payable
- Coordinate commission payouts and maintain commission trackers for the Sales department
- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables and receivables
- Ensure the accuracy of the organization's financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Protect business against unintentional overpayment
- Report to the Controller and work to improve financial processes

A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $45,000 - $55,000.
