Industry Experience:
- Background in food production or healthcare clinical nutrition operations
- Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or Chef strongly preferred
- Work experience in a hospital, senior living facility, or higher education dining program
System Knowledge:Experience with CBORD systems or similar platforms such as:
- Computrition
- MealSuite
- US Foods Blueprint
- GFS Cycle Menu Management

Travel Requirement
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% (2 weeks per month, Mon–Thu travel schedule, Fri remote)
