Salary Range: $84,398 - $126,598

*Typically, initial wage is set between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range depending on the employee’s qualifications and experience.

Summary of Responsibilities: 


The IT Solutions Analyst (.NET), is responsible for performing all activities necessary for business function analysis and the related design, construction and testing of automated business application systems. Also responsible for researching problems of medium complexity for business and IT operations. The technical environment consists of: 

Required: 


  • Microsoft .NET Framework; C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming (DDL, DML, DQL and DCL) and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Concepts of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) / SOLID Principles.
  • Web based software development and support on data driven applications.

Optional: 


  • MVC or MVVM Model
  • SQL Server Reporting Services / Crystal Reports is a plus
  • SharePoint knowledge is a plus
  • Related desktop software tools and other products on Windows workstations/Virtual Machines (VM)
  • Familiarity with 3rd party IDE or Framework (Example: Sagitec S3).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, document, implement and maintain high quality applications using Visual Studio, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET applications.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the SMART application ecosystem—including components such as PlanetPress, Workflow, Imaging, SFTP, and Centralized Printing—and take ownership of its ongoing maintenance and support, including product lifecycle management.
  • Perform troubleshooting activities to support the performance, uptime, and stability of the SMART business application, including analysis and resolution of issues related to software, SQL, PowerShell scripts, and data fixes. 
  • Provide after-hours technical support as required by the needs of the organization. 
  • Research, learn, and apply Generative AI (GenAI) development tools to support the Agile development lifecycle, with the goal of reducing development cycles and optimizing software performance.
  • Perform database-related tasks, including developing SSRS reports, writing SQL queries, and executing data fixes, while ensuring the integrity of the production database is maintained.
  • Work with end-users analyzing needs and developing plans and recommendations for information usage and potential new applications.
  • Produce high quality, modular, reusable code that incorporates current best practices, and that serves as an example for rest of the team.
  • Design and build product deliverables according to specifications, escalate technical design or specification issues as needed
  • Support all phases of software development life cycle in multiple environments.
  • Initiate and participate in code review sessions. Writing unit test and integration test plans.
  • Recommend, implement and oversee the adherence of development policies, procedures and standards.
  • Mentor, instruct, and assist developers in basics of life cycle methodologies and development process.
  • Design and build product deliverables according to specifications, and escalate technical design or specification issues, as needed.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and professional behavior.
  • Ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) data by strictly adhering to federal and state laws, regulations, polices, and best practices for data protection and access control.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Educations and Skills/Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in computer science or related field;
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training; with
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to take initiative, anticipating needs and acting accordingly
  • Ability to understand and participate in the strategic direction and needs of the organization in conjunction with assigned projects
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight
  • Ability to identify key and underlying complex problems and resolve them appropriately
  • Equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience

Working Conditions:  


This role operates in a professional office environment and is subject to prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines and may need to be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Information Technology staff members are eligible to work remotely 2 days per week, after 30 days of employment.
