Your Role at a Glance:
We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of US staffing processes, employment types, and sourcing strategies, along with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles for US clients.• Source candidates through portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit through screening and interviews.• Negotiate pay rates and close candidates effectively.• Manage relationships with candidates and clients for repeat success.• Maintain compliance with US labor laws and client policies.• Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets
The Expertise You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, or related field).• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US staffing.• Strong knowledge of US tax terms and work authorization types.• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.• Ability to work in night shifts aligned to US time zones
