Position Overview
We’re seeking Board-Certified Physicians to deliver acute care remotely via telehealth, in partnership with on-site paramedics.Perfect for physicians looking to move beyond traditional settings while making a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
✔️ Conduct remote assessments and manage acute conditions✔️ Collaborate with paramedics providing hands-on care✔️ Create personalized treatment plans and prevent readmissions✔️ Communicate with care teams to ensure continuity✔️ Document encounters and use multiple EMRs

Shifts & Schedule
Minimum Availability: 4 shifts/month (including 1 weekend shift/month)Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts between 9 AM – 9 PMFlexible Scheduling: 7 days/week
Requirements
Must-Have:MD or DO with Board Certification (EM, IM, FM)Comfortable with multiple EMRsExcellent communication & clinical decision-makingTelehealth or home-based care experience2 Years ExperienceActive license in NY, PA, or LAPrefer PA or LANice-to-Have:Direct experience working with EMS respondersBackground in value-based care

Licensing Support
We support multi-state licensing and will coordinate much of the process. You’ll need to respond promptly to licensing and credentialing requests (e.g., documentation, fingerprints, etc.).
Compensation
$75/hr, + $75 per visit after first 4 visits
