We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other IDDs. In this role, you'll help create impactful training materials that empower clinicians, educators, and support teams using our industry-leading SaaS solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, you’ll contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable learning content that supports our customers and drives meaningful outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design interactive training materials that include instructional design methodologies, appropriate training strategies, and for both large and small audiences
- Follow design templates and guidelines with minimal deviation
- Revise and update existing courses based on feedback
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow foundational skills
- Learn and use authoring tools under supervision (e.g., iSpring, Learning Management System)
- Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to gather accurate and relevant content
- Maintain a strong attention to detail in all aspects of course development
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to align training content with software updates and customer needs
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years in Instructional Design or a related field
- SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience or interest in software training is a plus
- Basic understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), adult learning principles, and eLearning tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving

Compensation will vary based on a number of factors, including education, experience, skills, and location. The range listed is a good faith estimate of base pay for the role, and final compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, where applicable. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.#LI-Remote
