Summary:


We are seeking a senior staffing leader to own staffing as a business center with full responsibility for P&L, business objectives, and delivery targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US recruitment, a strong understanding of USCIS policies, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve business goals.Responsibilities:

  • Should be owning the staffing as a business center and hold responsibility for P&L, business objectives, and targets.
  • Should have a strong US recruitment background with top-notch companies. His primary KPI would be Deliverables (on time).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures of USCIS and the US staffing strategy.
  • Responsible for working closely with Sales and Account Managers – to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectations of the client/s, progress of the process, and prioritizing the requirements.
  • Must have 15+ years of experience in IT staffing and a minimum of 3 years in leading deliverables with multiple teams.
  • Should have experience in managing a team of recruiters. Proactive in planning and strategizing the timely delivery of talent as per business demand
  • Should be able to independently plan, execute, and build teams that could deliver and partner with businesses with a proven track record.
  • Comfortable in effectively coordinating with all business units across the globe and the global clientele.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
  • Responsible for building, mentoring, motivating, and perpetuating effectively to create a professional, healthy, accountable workforce.
  • Develop and promote Best Recruiting Practices within the organization through personal leadership.
  • Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods & procedures regularly.
  • Very good in analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills, client management, team management, and negotiation skills.

Requirements:


  • 15+ years of IT staffing experience, including 3+ years leading multi-team deliverables.
  • Strong US recruitment background with experience in top staffing firms.
  • In-depth knowledge of USCIS policies and US staffing strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, client engagement, and delivery excellence.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Business Management (preferred).
