Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administration Associate focused on driving efficiency and operational excellence. In this high-volume, fast-paced role you will be responsible for verifying and converting customer purchase orders to active contracts, reviewing sales opportunity information and ensuring accurate data entry, watching sales forecasts, supporting customer inquiries related to contracts and billing, etc. Sales opportunities and orders must then be meticulously tracked via contracts in Acumatica software.

Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills will be critical for this role to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient contracts management.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Complete the processing of sales orders with the highest accuracy for new licenses, renewals, support, and services
  • Work with sales operations and other business groups to obtain information as required to process orders (product reference details, billing dates, item IDs, billing account contacts, etc.)
  • Address and resolve internal and external customer inquiries related to contracts, licensing, and services in a timely and professional manner
  • Compare and identify discrepancies and correct, as appropriate in contracts and CRM data
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance order accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in other areas of order-to-cash as needed
  • Assist in ad-hoc requests for collecting and summarizing data related to bookings, contract details, license details

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in Order entry, sales order processing, or a similar role
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work through routine processes with strict deadlines
  • Ability to identify and interpret data using knowledge of standard operating procedures and critical thinking to ensure accuracy
  • Demonstrates proactive curiosity in identifying missing data and data inaccuracies
  • Intermediate to strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities relative to nature of work
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems preferred
  • Experience with SaaS and value-added reseller relationships is a plus
  • This position may require occasional travel, typically less than 10% of the time. Travel may include attending meetings, conferences, or team events.
