Full-timeDescriptionResponsible for assisting in ensuring that all repair station activities are performed in accordance with applicable Operations system and regulatory requirements. Ensuring performance to Schedule and Cost. Overseeing daily production activity.Supporting Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.Requirements· Enforcing regulatory and safety standards· Develop and implement business practices that ensure optimal performance.· Evaluate and update operations procedures and practices.· Design, implement and improve new and existing product lines.· Drive continuous improvement initiatives.· Inspiring and motivating employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives· Analyze data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement.· Develop and maintain operational metrics to report success and shortcomings.· Coordinate with cross functional departments to optimize utilization and productivity.· Support all Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects.· Provide communication to all front-line personnel to ensure company goals and objectives are clearly defined, measured and distributed· Develop capital expenditure requests and prioritize based on business needs.· Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs· Work with other departments to ensure that production lead times are met to maintain high standards with customer metrics.· Reduce set-times, implement set-up reduction actions· Develop cross training metrics for all critical areas.

Required Education and Experience:
