Job Description - Customer Care Representative
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Assist customers with payments, renewals, cancellations, and other policy- related needs.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and service standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in very interaction.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year or more Customer Service Experience (BPO setup)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
- Customer service experience required, insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Good organizational skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional.
