Are you ready to embrace the future with us?About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Analyst to join our team.

This role involves both technical support and client-facing responsibilities, including setup, real-time monitoring, and troubleshooting of our data exchange products. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site and remote setup of data aggregator systems.
  • Monitor Solo Boxes remotely to ensure smooth, continuous data streaming.
  • Coordinate Solo Box logistics: track locations, manage inventory, and order new supplies when needed.
  • Provide technical support to customers (phone/email) for Solo Box, Solo Feed, and other data exchange products,  including availability for evening and weekend calls.
  • Deliver onsite support and training sessions for clients, both in offices and at wellsites.
  • Track and document client-reported bugs and feature requests for product improvement.
  • Assist the marketing team with the promotion of data exchange products.
  • Update, prepare, and maintain knowledge base documentation for data exchange products.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and in the preparation of technical papers.
  • Perform other tasks related to the responsibilities above as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
  • Must be able to speak and write English fluently.
  • Some knowledge of drilling operations and oilfield terminology.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, training, and conferences.
