RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a versatile 3D Generalist to create high-quality assets for both real-time (low-poly) and pre-rendered content. You’ll contribute to Unity-based mobile games as well as pre-rendered UI and promotional content, ensuring all assets meet the highest visual and performance standards.
The 3D Artist will have duties including:
- Create and optimize low-poly 3D models of characters, props, and scenes for Unity-based mobile games, following project style and performance requirements.
- Produce high-quality pre-rendered assets for UI and promotional use, ensuring visual consistency with in-game content.
- Work with creative and technical teams to ensure assets meet visual and performance standards and integrate seamlessly in-game.
- Test and refine tools and workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Apply feedback from Leads to make timely revisions to models, textures, and renders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist or Generalist in the games industry.
- Proficiency with Maya.
- Strong understanding of real-time asset creation, including high-to-low poly baking, PBR texturing, and optimization for mobile platforms.
- Experience producing pre-rendered assets for UI and promotional purposes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Openness to adopting AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with a willingness to seek help and feedback when needed.
- A portfolio/demo reel demonstrating expertise in both pre-rendered and real-time mobile workflows, showcasing high-quality modeling, texturing, lighting, and efficient asset optimization.
- Experience in rigging and Unity integration - a plus.
- Communicative, motivated, and meets deadlines.
- Self-directed, driven; willing to ask for help or engage assistance.
