Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Contract: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Location: Hybrid or Remote (Reporting to Cardiff Office)

As a Configuration Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, configuring, and optimizing our systems to meet business needs and ensure compliance. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and consultants to deliver impactful solutions.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or elevate their career in the insurance and tech space. 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

Configure and maintain systems across test and production environments
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
Document business rules, use cases, and configuration steps
Support testing, training, and deployment of enhancements
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Experience in system configuration and business analysis
Strong understanding of software methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

System configuration certification or equivalent
Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field
