Combined with our need for top notch Realtors, Loan Originators, Attorneys and Insurance professionals, our Talent Acquisition Consultant with connect deeply with the business to successfully fulfill CapCenter’s recruitment needs.

This position will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for hiring the best and the brightest to complement CapCenter’s rapid business growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CapCenter leaders to identify, assess and hire top talent. We move fast; you must be able to keep up with our pace!
- Source and build candidate slates and talent pipelines to achieve hiring goals. Demonstrate ability to match candidate and hiring managers with high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Understand the recruitment funnel and be able to identify and overcome challenges. Transform demand forecasts into recruiting plans to expand business capacity.
- Incorporate recruitment best practices to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Onsite 5 days a week at our beautiful headquarters in Richmond, Virginia (Innsbrook)
Qualifications
The Talent Acquisition Consultant demonstrates initiative, uncompromised integrity, a results-oriented mindset in addition to the following:
- 5+ years talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Human Resources and employment law
- Experience working with key stakeholders, leadership and cross functional teams
- Drive for self-development and a creative problem solver
- Successful track record of designing and optimizing recruitment strategy to impact business results
- Experience with ATS and HRIS (we use ADP)
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP
