Full-timeDescriptionThe Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing partner relationships. This role involves strategic collaboration with the Marketing team to enhance campaign relevance, leveraging industry trends and partner insights. The Specialist will develop an in-depth understanding of DPT Services, IntelliTrack, Mobile Conductor, and Vizitrace to analyze data and uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
By interpreting lead sources and sales-out data, the Specialist supports revenue growth and enables the sales team with high-level product demonstrations and strategic guidance.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sales prospecting activities toward developing net new business opportunities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing partners to uncover and develop new opportunities
- Provide analysis on incoming leads and opportunities
- Work directly with the Marketing team to provide input to campaigns – specifically related to industry trends and partner feedback
- Develop deep understanding of DPT Services, IntelliTrack, Mobile Conductor, and Vizitrace
- Thoroughly analyze IntelliTrack data to identify opportunities to upsell DPT Services and hardware
- Analyze sales-out data to identify opportunities within existing customers
- Support the sales team regarding DPT Services and IntelliTrack – to include high level customer demonstrations

Environment and Normal Working Conditions
Office environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds.
The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
