What You’ll Do
- Assemble, label, and pack cannabis beverages with speed and precision to exceed quality standards.
- Optimize workflows by spotting inefficiencies to meet or exceed daily quotas without sacrificing safety.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace, adhering to food safety protocols and driving team innovations.
- Record production data accurately to ensure seamless operations and product traceability.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, embracing new tools, shifts, and overtime as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED; packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative mindset eager to innovate and improve.
- Flexibility to handle evolving roles, varying shifts, and overtime in a scaling company.
- Clear communication and a safety-first approach to maintain high industry standards.
- Positive attitude with a hunger to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
Physical Stuff
- Strong manual dexterity for repetitive tasks like labeling and palletizing with precision.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds in a bustling facility for most of the shift.
- Comfort working in a noisy, high-energy environment with frequent interruptions.
- Capacity to maintain strict personal hygiene to meet cannabis industry regulations.
