In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to build pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and driving outbound prospecting across a targeted set of accounts.This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in sales while learning the AI/ML ecosystem—without the immediate pressure of running a full sales cycle. This role is based in Seattle, Washington.💼 What You’ll DoManage and follow up on all inbound leads (webinars, events, campaigns, website inquiries)Support AEs by prospecting into 20+ target accounts, booking qualified meetingsRun outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new opportunitiesPartner with Marketing to ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up on campaign leadsUse AI-powered tools (Apollo, Sales Nav, Gong, etc.) to personalize outreach and track performanceMaintain accurate records in HubSpot/CRM and provide insights to improve lead generation strategy✅ What We’re Looking ForProactively identifies opportunities and works cross-functionally to build and refine processes1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role (SaaS or startup experience a plus)Comfortable handling inbound lead flow while also driving proactive outbound prospectingStrong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to grab attention and build rapportFamiliarity with sales tech stack tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Nav, Gong, n8n, etc.)Organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment💡 Bonus PointsPrior experience supporting enterprise or technical sales teamsInterest in AI/ML, developer tools, or open-source technologiesPrevious success booking meetings with CTOs, engineers, or technical buyers🎯 Why UnstructuredJoin a product with enormous traction and real-world adoptionLearn directly from top Account Executives and sales leadersBe part of a fast-paced, no-ego team where outcomes matterCompetitive compensation, equity, and benefitsRole is Seattle-based and available to start ASAPApply for this job
