About the team & role
The mission of the Payments Operations team is to facilitate all FIAT transactions with security and precision while actively assisting users and collaborating with partners to resolve any issues and maintain operational excellence.As a Payments Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of client transactions, supporting both our users and internal teams. You will be responsible for resolving transaction issues and maintaining high standards of service.
What you’ll do
- Process FIAT withdrawals and deposits.
- Assist clients with transaction and platform-related issues, following senior team guidance.
- Liaise with other Bitstamp departments to ensure excellent user service.
- Consult with senior team members on individual cases.
- Resolve client transaction issues independently, leveraging your experience.
- Ensure smooth transaction processing for user accounts.
- Communicate with banks and partners to resolve transactional issues.
- Provide assistance to junior and peer team members on individual cases.
