Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in
test automation for networking or SD-WAN solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and scripting languages -YAML, JSON, C (good to have)• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Jenkins, and automated deployment pipelines.• Experience with automation test frameworks (such as vTest, pyATS or similar).• Familiarity with networking concepts like routing and switching. Good to have (forwarding, traffic engineering, andpolicy-based routing)• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for SD-WAN forwarding features.• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to understand forwarding feature requirements and translate them intoautomation scenarios.• Creation of planned automated tests covering forwarding plane functionality, including policy, path selection, andtraffic-based measurements.• Analyze automation results, identify and troubleshoot defects, and deliver detailed reports with recommendations.• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, GitHub, and Jenkins.• Support defect reproduction and triaging, with a focus on automation-related (autons) issues.• Document test plans, automation frameworks, procedures, and results for knowledge transfer.• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, CircuIT) to enhance test automation efficiency.• Deliver final handover documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to the teams
