Your Impact
- Employee Advocate & Partner: Be the first line of support for our team, addressing day-to-day HR inquiries and complex employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Legal Compliance Expert: You'll be our go-to authority on Mexican labor law, including contracts, employment regulations, and specific standards like NOM-035. You will ensure all our practices are compliant and up-to-date.
- Culture Builder: Drive the execution of programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace. You will play a key role in making sure our team feels connected, valued, and engaged.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee critical HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and benefits administration, ensuring all processes are efficient and accurate.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential HR risks and work with leaders to conduct investigations and implement solutions that protect both the company and our employees.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a solid background in managing HR for a business in Mexico.
- In-Depth Knowledge: A deep, practical understanding of Mexican labor law and its application in a business environment.
- Strong People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trust and resolving conflicts fairly.
- Execution Mindset: The ability to translate HR strategy into clear, actionable plans and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Discretion: The highest level of integrity and confidentiality in all matters.
