Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role within the revenue operations team to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns by managing systems, data, and processes that drive efficiency and performance. This role partners closely with marketing and sales to support demand generation, optimize lead flow, and provide reporting that helps maximize ROI. This is a hands-on role with our marketing automation tool and CRM, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and the data behind them is accurate and actionable.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage workflows, lists, and segmentation to automate marketing processes and increase efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes to improve lead management processes and ensure a smooth transition of leads from marketing to sales
Work with the marketing team to set up landing pages, emails, CTAs, and multi-channel campaigns with accurate targeting, personalization, and compliance
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, making recommendations for improvement
Support campaign execution by ensuring accurate set-up, tracking, and targeting across digital channels (email, social, web, paid media)
Maintain data hygiene and segmentation for accuracy and consistency across platforms
Lead campaign QA, testing, and documentation of best practices by creating SOPs for campaign execution and lead management
Manage pre- and post-event contact lists for tradeshows and webinars
Assist with building and maintaining reports that provide visibility into funnel health, lead flow and ROI
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, preferably in B2B or technology environment.

Clear written and verbal communication skills
Continuously seeks ways to improve processes and drive efficiency
Highly organized and excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work
Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally
Data-driven and intellectually curious
Strong understanding of lead management, campaign attribution, and funnel reporting
Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM required; inclusive of setting up campaigns and managing contacts/leads in Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft, specifically Excel; familiarity with power BI tools is a plus
Preferred:
Experience in B2B software or tech industry.
Experience in financial services, automotive, or lending sectors also a plus.
Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
Admin experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesloft
Travel – Less than 10%
