With robust financial backing and government partnerships accelerating our momentum, there’s never been a better time to join us and help build the future of transportation!The OpportunityAs an Avionics Software Engineer, you will be a key member of the team responsible for developing the flight critical software that powers our vehicles. You will design, implement, and test software for flight computers, sensor interfaces, and data acquisition systems.

: Austin, TX (in office)
What You Will Do:
- Develop robust, reliable, and fault tolerant software for flight control systems.
- Implement data bus protocols and sensor interfaces such as ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, and CAN.
- Write and test software for real time operating systems (RTOS).
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system requirements and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Adhere to strict software development standards and processes such as DO-178C.
What You Will Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a safety critical environment.
- Strong proficiency in C and C++.
- Experience with real time embedded systems.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards such as DO-178C and ARP4754.
- Experience with flight critical system development.
- Familiarity with hardware in the loop (HIL) testing.
