About the role
Nirvana is looking for a Senior Visual Designer (Contractor) based in Latin America to join our creative team. This role is for an experienced designer who can independently manage and deliver projects while following the creative direction and brand system already established at Nirvana.We’re not just making things look nice — we’re building a brand that feels human, bold, and clear in an industry that often feels outdated. As a senior designer, you’ll be responsible for executing high-impact design work that brings our brand to life across a variety of channels and initiatives.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end, including:
- Web & landing pages — translate brand into clear, engaging web experiences.
- Decks & presentations — create polished, impactful materials for marketing, sales, and leadership.
- Social media & advertising — design digital assets for campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.
- Sales enablement assets — support the GTM team with one-pagers, case studies, and pitch materials.
- Special projects — partner with marketing and leadership on creative solutions for campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in visual/brand/marketing design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, digital, and marketing design.
- Proficiency in Figma (component libraries, responsive layouts, design systems).
- Ability to independently scope, manage, and deliver projects to completion.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with SVG animations and motion graphics is a strong plus.
- Comfortable collaborating across marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Fluent in English (written + spoken).
- Based in Latin America and available to work as a contractor.

- Compensation: USD $4,000–$4,500 per month (contractor via Upwork, depending on seniority and experience).
