Technical Writer II

cFocus Software seeks a Technical Writer II supporting the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).This position is located in Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA, with the option for remote work.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, cybersecurity reports, and program deliverables for CORA tasks
Translate technical concepts into clear, user-focused documents that meet HHS standards
Prepare meeting minutes, briefings, and executive summaries; maintain version control and templates
Collaborate with analysts and managers to capture requirements and ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

Clearance: Secret (minimum)

Splunk, PowerBI, Tableau
ServiceNow, Salesforce, Remedy
Wireshark, PhishMe, Mandiant
Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud
