What You’ll Do
- Oversee and coordinate all patient care services delivered by clinical staff
- Guide and coach nurses and aides to raise care quality and build careers
- Review charts, compliance, and QAPI—but with admin support behind you
- Sit in on IDG meetings, audits, and QAPI, with real input and influence
- Support staff onboarding and training without having to reinvent the wheel
- Step in with patient visits as needed—but not every crisis lands on you
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and CHAP standards

What You’ll Bring
- RN license in Illinois
- 2+ years in home health or hospice nursing
- 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, state regs, and CHAP standards
- Solid communication skills with patients, families, and staff
