Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Technical Writers to join our growing organization. In HighRadius, we have dedicated technical writers across different product verticals. As a Technical writer, you will be working closely with our Product Management team to create easy-to-understand user content, release notes, and how-to-videos to increase our product clarity, performance, and usability. Good language skills and ability to work cooperatively with other teams are a must. With this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in Content/Technical Writing.

Skills and Experience Needed:
- Work with Product Management teams to understand product documentation requirements and write manuals for our enterprise cloud products
- Create content that fulfills company standards and audience goals
- Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary
- Organize and write Online Help Content for products
- Write other technical documentation for consultants as well as Sales
- Write straight-forward user tutorials and interface text
- Prepare graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical writing
- Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style content
- Gather usability feedback from customer success team and product management team
- Revise documents as new issues arise
- Create product feature videos for end users
Job Specification:
- CGPA 7 & above
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering OR Post Graduates in M.A Literature, Mass Communication, Linguistics
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in technical writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking. Handle multiple products and manuals simultaneously; should be able to manage time and tasks effectively
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in interaction with various teams, and the ability to ask the right kind of questions
- Adapt to changing requirements
- Experience in using Madcap Flare and Camtasia (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of GitHub and Jenkins (Preferred)
